What is the focus of the Defrosting Winter course?
The course is designed to help you release emotional blockages and cleanse the bladder and kidney meridians over seven transformative days. These meridians are vital within the five elements framework, guiding the transformational process that occurs as we complete a full cycle and begin anew. The water element represents this cycle's end, symbolising death and rebirth. Our emotional body is deeply connected to the water element and the fluids within our body. This seasonal cleanse will guide you in releasing not only emotions but also lymphatic congestion—and perhaps even tears.
Does the course need to be completed within the 7 days.
No, the seven days signify a complete cycle, much like the days of the week or the seven-year cycle. You can complete them daily, every second day, or even weekly, allowing for repetition and focused practice. It’s important to keep the lessons in order, but you can move through them at your own pace—whether quickly or slowly. Remember, energy and emotions may take time to integrate, so if you move through the lessons quickly, you can always return and revisit the videos whenever needed.
Why are the seasonal courses so different?
Each season is connected to a different element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each aspect has other relationships, nourishment, and control over different meridians, organs, systems, and emotions. We are not designed to be switched on consistently. Connecting our growth, health, and well-being to the season for the year, seasons of life transform us with grace and ease.
