This is the BIG list of what works best and why I pick and use the products I do for myself and my family. Here, I have considered the product, company, energy and impact on yourself and the environment. The list is designed to keep things simple and to get you started with minimal effort on your half but the maximum effect on your health and well-being.
Remember that Kinesiology, myself within the clinic work with holistic healing, has become a guiding light in health and wellness. It represents a complete approach to well-being that resonates with many. It integrates an individual’s physical, mental, Biochemical, emotional and spiritual facets, reactivating the body’s natural healing abilities. In the clinic, I blend physical therapeutic methods like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), muscle manipulation, cranial-sacral realignment, TMJ jaw releases, and a range of natural healing practices, including nutrition, supplementation, herbalism, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and sound healing. Importantly, it also considers emotional aspects such as fear responses, generational trauma, emotional intelligence, and the energies of chakras and meridians. This comprehensive approach aims to uncover the root cause of health issues, connecting physical symptoms with underlying emotional and energetic factors. And as complex as that sounds, getting started can often be simple, so I have put together my top 5.
You only need to achieve one thing at a time. Start at the top and work your way down the list.
Number 1: Remove the Flouride and Chlorine from your drinking water!
We have a beautiful southern cross pottery water tower in the clinic, which has been well-loved for over ten years. Local to Coffs, I would point you toward The Village Pottery down in Valla for something similar. Filters can be replaced online via Biome; it is there where you can also find bench-top alkaline water filters, shower filters and a beautiful copper drink bottle, which is 100% part of my next order. Water is everything! The Water element plays a crucial role within the meridian system; water holds frequency and is required to flush out old toxins, emotions and energy. This is a no-brainer for me.
Biome are fantastic; they have nearly everything and are 100% focused on organic, environmentally friendly, Australian-owned and certified B cooperation.
Number 2: Improve your minerals
Australian soils and waterways are minerally deficient compared to other countries and locations. Even living on the beautiful Coffs coast in fertile soil and fresh running water straight from the Dorrigo National Park, I add minerals into our water and diet.
Fulvic and Humic Minerals are natural organic compounds derived from soil and ancient plant matter. These unique substances have garnered attention for their potential health benefits in humans. They aid nutrient absorption, promote detoxification, and support overall well-being. In kinesiology, one of the first things tested and balanced is your IONISATION, the ability to reach and attract goals, health, and improved communication between the physical nervous system and the energetic body. This can essentially be your accuracy in muscle testing and connection of the mind to the kinetic body.
Fulvic Ionic Minerals – Teelixir
Their website features a diverse range of fantastic products. As a mum, I frequently incorporate Mushroom Immunity into my children’s savoury meals. If you’re new to their offerings, there’s no need to feel overwhelmed. To begin, I recommend starting with these two products. Fulvic and humic minerals are easily added to your and kids’ drink bottles for the day.
Number 3: Connect back to your Natural Circadian Rhythm
BLUE LIGHT SOLUTIONS – Block Blue Light
We love Block Blue Light! They’re our go-to blue light-blocking glasses for the kids doing homework or playing video games at night. Not to mention, their sleeping masks are a lifesaver during travels and sleepovers in the lounge room. And the latest addition – their reading lamps – is a game-changer, especially since we have a dedicated bookworm and night owl in the family.
Blue light-blocking reading lamps offer several benefits for teenage boys, particularly regarding their mood and sleep cycles. These lamps help improve sleep quality by filtering out the disruptive blue light emitted by screens and artificial lighting, promoting a healthier circadian rhythm. Reducing blue light exposure aids in regulating melatonin levels, leading to more stable and positive moods. Additionally, these lamps minimise eye strain during long reading or screen time hours, enhancing focus and productivity. Over the long term, they contribute to better eye health, making them a valuable addition to a teenage boy’s daily routine for improved well-being.
My next purchase will be the red light therapy, but given that I have an infrared sauna, I have held back on this.

Number 4: The quality of products matters
Your skin is your body’s largest organ; it represents your boundaries; it is both the first line of defence and the last resort in the detox process, so what you put on it matters. What shows up on the skin in the clinic is usually an expression of the metal element, the lung and large intestine meridians; expressions of imbalance might look and feel like eczema, rosetta, acne, heat rash, histamine rash or keratosis pilaris. As a Kinesiologist, I find it weird that creams and treatments are often recommended to heal the body from the outside inwards when the imbalance in the body is physical, mental or emotional toxins the body is trying to rid. This in itself is either an entire post on its own or a session in the clinic.
So, as a simple rule, if you would not eat it, don’t apply it. Natural, organic food items are best. But at most, ensure you have perfume, fragrance, colours, petrochemicals, mineral oil, endocrine disruptors, and hopefully silicate-free.
Biome, as mentioned above, is also a fanatic for everything skin, but The Well Store is also becoming my new favourite one-stop body products shop. What I personally like about The Well Store is that it is still small-scale. In the past, I have found that large-scale health food/cosmetics stores often let products slip through in the name of profit and sales. The Well Store is not this and is only full of my favourite products and brands.
